After several years of managing commercial projects for a large general contractor in Las Vegas, Shawn Lowe and Wesley Fisbeck were ready for a change of pace. They moved to Denver to start their own residential construction company. In 2007, they founded Pinnacle Properties & Construction Services, Inc. and soon found a niche as a general contractor specializing in residential projects, particularly basement refinishes and home additions in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood.
Today, Pinnacle takes on both residential and commercial projects in Denver and surrounding mountain communities. They have expanded their business based almost solely on referrals and recommendations from past clients. Clients love that Shawn and Wes are reliable and trustworthy, the quality of their work, and that Pinnacle supervision is always on site to manage projects.
Shawn Lowe. A native of St. Elmo, Ill., Shawn has a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and pursued a graduate degree in construction management at UNLV.
Wes Fisbeck. Wes grew up in Loveland, CO and attended college at Northern State University in Aberdeen, SD, where he played for the Wolves baseball team. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in business.
Preston Fisbeck. Preston has completed a variety of projects for Pinnacle, including a mix of complex commercial and residential projects. Preston graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in construction management. After graduation, Preston started his career in Las Vegas where he performed on-site field supervision duties for the City Center project which included 2,400 condo units, 4,800 hotel rooms and a total cost of nearly $11 billion. After several years in Las Vegas, Preston returned to Colorado to begin working for Pinnacle.
